Benefits and HRIS Coordinator Loc: San Francisco, CA

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer day-to-day benefits and support employees with questions on their benefits in coordination with benefit carriers and benefit broker support, as needed Provides enrollment information to new employees and communicates plan changes and revisions to existing members Reconcile and prepare billing for Benefit Manager approval Support with Open Enrollment Support with planning and administering of existing and future benefits Support employee separation processing Coordinate all workers compensation claims. File WC claims with carrier.
  • Act as liaison with medical treatment facility, employee, and carrier.
  • Coordinate all employee leaves of absence, including FMLA CFRA, PDL. Monitor and track employees on LOA and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal leave laws.
  • Prepare Annual Total Compensation Statements. Manage educational assistance program Run adhoc and custom reports using HRIS Business Intelligence Manage and audit all employment data in HRIS Execute weekly and monthly people metrics reports and data Oversee all employment change processing, such as transfers, merit increases, bonus payments, etc. Coordinate transactions with payroll department to ensure smooth transition and execution.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years relevant benefits and systems experience required.
  • Candidates with experience in Ultimate / Ultipro software preferred. College degree strongly preferred in related field. Strong analytical, computer, great customer service and organizational skills required.
  • Requires ability to apply independent judgment and decision making to anticipate challenges and manage the integrity and accuracy of transactions and data.
