Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to benefits inquiries in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Monitor and provide support for benefit integrations including review and resolution of vendor error reports.
  • Run audit reports and send issues to appropriate parties to help maintain the data integrity of the system.
  • Provide benefits support to Corporate Benefits as needed.
  • Participation in project work as required.
  • The successful candidate requires the ability to multi-task assignments, projects and daily responsibilities with accuracy and a strong attention to detail. Individual must possess excellent analytical and both written & verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service is required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (Preferred) 2 - 4 years\' experience with Workday HCM or similar systems and benefits experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excelled written and verbal communications skills
  • Understands sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
