Job Description

Responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvements on the Salesforce platform. Collaborates with business partners, functional leaders, stakeholders, and Salesforce Administrators to identify, manage, and implement projects for new business processes utilizing advanced skillsets. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will leverage their expertise and experience to drive solutions, handle escalations from other administrators, and act as a resource to guide lower-level administrators where necessary providing them with growth opportunities and enhancing the overall strength of the team.

What You will do

·        Administration of the Salesforce environment including customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, custom applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, and reports

·        Coordinate testing and manage the deployment of software updates following standard SDLC processes utilizing available CI/CD tools and methods

·        Assist with the development of data handling processes to minimize duplication

·        Provide guidance and best practice advice to users who are developing and running periodic reports to ensure data and process integrity

·        Assist with the development and maintenance of administrator and user documentation

·        Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and make recommendations to process owners, stakeholders, and management regarding their implementation

·        Be a role model and mentor to team members with less experience, providing guidance and support on technical and non-technical aspects of Salesforce Administration

What you will Bring

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

·        Experience in sales and/or marketing environment with a working knowledge of sales and marketing processes, such as in-depth knowledge of CRM systems and strategies

·        Data management tools (Data Loader, XL Connector)

The Role

·        Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

·        Proven experience building components of a Salesforce system to support business processes

Nice to Have

·        Salesforce Admin Certification Preferred

·        Marketing Automation Experience (Eloqua, Marketo)

·        Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals

·        Certinia Financial Force Professional Services Platform

·        CI/CD Tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)

·        Agile Project Management Tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)

·        Incident Tracking Applications (ServiceNow)
