Over 15 years experience, with over 10 years in the implementing supply chain solutions

Experience in new generation SAP supply chain products, like SPP, IBP a definite plus

Responsibilities

Serve as an interface with assigned business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio Management, and relationship management

â?¢

Validates and ensures design integrity of business process/business application solutions to address complex cross functional needs

â?¢

Oversee software application functional specification development and configuration for complex individual projects and/or across multiple, concurrent projects

â?¢

Develops testing and data conversion strategies

â?¢

Identifies and recommend industry BKM\'s for integrated solution design and standards, and develop and enforce defined standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and drive new technology evaluations

â?¢

Oversee business application functional support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement and customer satisfaction targets

â?¢

Ensure systems are monitored and tuned for availability and performance, and that rigorous root cause analysis is performed and preventative/corrective actions implemented

â?¢

Oversees execution of application lifecycle activities

â?¢

Plans and ensures delivery of project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget

Develops project budgets

Develops deep understanding cost model and cost drivers for service(s) and develops and implements service area budgets and cost optimization initiatives
