Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, and computing systems and how to integrate them

Assists in driving monitoring and observability standards to improve customer experience of mission-critical applications, services, and business processes

Designs, maintains, and optimizes enterprise-scale cloud observability platforms

Supports and debugs on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems and services

Coordinates with development teams to ensure effective delivery of observability services

AWS certification preferred

Background in Systems and Software Engineering for on-premise and cloud applications

Experience administering multiple observability or APM systems

Fundamental knowledge of configuration management and automation tools, with experience in: Terraform, Packer, Ansible
