Qualifications

• Bachelor\\\'s / Master\\\'s degree in computer science or in \\\'STEM\\\' majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with Supply Chain processes
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP - MM, PP & WM modules as part of SAP implementation
• Experience/knowledge of production scheduling and planning
• Moderate understanding of various IT processes and components including but not limited to project management, agile delivery methodology, architecture, security, ITIL operations

Responsibilities

• As the Sr Solution Architecture - SAP GSC, you will be responsible for the core model SAP ERP roadmap for the supply chain scope covering Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM)). Focus includes standardization and delivering best-in-class solution with high-quality functional design for the development components
• You will lead discussions to elicit business requirements and firm high-quality functional design for the development components following standardization and delivering best-in-class solution
• In addition, you will be accountable to maintain a core model solution documentation covering blueprint, user manual, functional design specification, test scenario, etc
• The role requires in-depth domain knowledge of SAP Supply Chain, as well as business process knowledge for an order to remittance (OTR)
• Develop and foster relationship with business stakeholders to understand their needs/requirements and consolidate those needs at a global level
• Assist business leaders to drive supply chain core model adoption along with key-user understanding of the SAP golden management rules and standard processes
• Deliver quality solutions and perform root cause analysis with counter measures of critical business scenarios
• Define and implement the functional architecture following full development life cycle activities for SAP GSC functional and technical components
• Define application SAP GSC roadmap based on the business needs and obsolescence
• Collaborate with peers and deployment teams to deliver optimal solution followed with on-time core model solution deployment
• Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others throughout the domain
• Assist support teams in complex issue resolution (L3) to support SAP Operation execution
• Operate with Lean mindset - focus on standard work, eliminate waste, Gemba & Kaizen with continuous improvemen
• Serve as a functional liaison for Data & Analytics organization in design and development of reporting capabilities aligned to the SAP platform
