Job Description

Currently accepting resumes for a Payroll/ Benefits Administrator to work for a growing industrial focused civil, structural and architectural contractor serving Virginia, North Carolina, and the surrounding region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Managing employee benefits (Insurance, PTO, 401k, etc.)
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Administer company drug testing program
  • Per diem and travel expenses
  • Health insurance renewals

Requirements:

  • Payroll experience required
