Role:Payroll and Benefits Manager Location:Lansing, MI Job Requirements This position requires strong HR, Payroll & Benefits management and administration knowledge along with strong analytical and technical skills. This position will lead and manage the Payroll & Benefits Team members to assure delivery, communication and administration of payroll and benefits programs are supported. Prior experience with a sophisticated HRIS system such as Workday or similar is required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelorâ??s degree required â?? preferred majors in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or Business Management; and two to four years directly related payroll and benefits administration experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
