  • The Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst works independently as well as collaboratively with others to design, implement, support and administer compensation policies and benefit programs that support attraction and retention of top talent.
  • The Senior Analyst conducts analytical assessments and evaluations to understand complex issues in order to support decision making, policy development, system development, and administration of compensation and benefits related processes.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Administers and oversees a variety of employee health and welfare benefits programs, such as group medical and dental insurances, group life, accident and disability insurances in an insured and/or self-funded environment
  • Oversees the administration of Health Reimbursement Accounts, 401(k), ESOP, defined benefit pension and other supplemental benefits; ensures compliance with state and federal agenciesInterfaces with vendors of all outsourced functions including retirement plan record keepers, insurance carriers
  • COBRA and any other current or future outsourced benefitResolves complex benefits-related policy and administration questions or problems for employees, and escalates issues as necessary, including working closely with internal and external resources to provide resolution
  • Completes all aspects of compliance requirements related to health & welfare and retirement plans (ie. audits, filing of 5500s, required employee communications, etc)
  • Participates in the presentation of benefit programs, enrollment of new employees, and the annual open enrollment processAdministers the annual incentive programs globally
