EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor's degree and five (5) years' Human Resources experience OR eight (8) years HR experience including benefits and payroll
  • Preferred Experience and Certification
  • Operational experience combined with HR experience is preferredSenior
  • Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel-ability to create spreadsheets using formulas and graphing functions.
  • Manipulation of data using sorting, subtotaling, appending, etc.
  • PowerPoint-design presentations for management and employee
  • Word-ability to create documents, labels and mail mergeProficient in a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) i.e.
  • Pay locity, Optimum Solutions, Pay chex, People Soft, ADP, etc.
