The Workday HRIS Analyst will provide subject matter expertise for our HRIS systems, employee data security administration, help with process mapping and design to optimize current and future processes. This is a hands-on responsible for providing functional and HR technical expertise for Workday, and any future People technology systems, including business process configuration, integration design support and configuration, and data management. This position will report to the HRIS Manager and partner closely with the Information Technology organization. They will provide a wide range of reports and provide solutions to multiple business or technical issues that have organization-wide impact.
