Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
  • 100% Staff Data Accuracy & Integrity
  • Develop and implement strategy to optimize systems and processes necessary for timely, accurate and accessible data and reporting
  • Create and document operating procedures, test plans, scripts and scenarios, end-user guides, training materials, and solution documents
  • Execute regular data quality audits of our staff data management and analytical systems to ensure information is being accurately and reliably captured and stored or to determine areas in need of additional training/resources.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on all HRIS data accuracy to VP and CAO
  • Implement efficient processes & systems automation of current (Skyward) and future (Tyler Munis) HRIS Systems
  • Play active role in the Tyler Munis implementation â?? subject matter expert/lead on HRIS design and implementation, providing strategic insight on long term HRIS planning, partner with project team to ensure successful adoption of the new HRIS
  • Serve as key thought partner to VP and CAO on the management of staff data collection, validation and systemization
  • Lead the design of HRIS project life cycle from initial goals to final implementation.
  • Design and implement training programs related to all HRIS processes & systems, as well as making sure the cultural change management is in place for new processes and procedures related to the systems
  • Lead creation of sophisticated HRIS data reporting (visualizations and analyses) that drive organizational decision making
  • Quickly learn and possess a deep understanding of a??s different HRIS data, reporting and analytical needs and perspectives
  • Provide thought leadership in the development of organizational dashboards and staff data frameworks and tools using a data visualization system that empower stakeholders to make data driven decisions
  • Design standard reports on key staff data metrics via a comprehensive reporting schedule and manage team to execution of automated, timely outputs
  • Manage team to execution of internal data requests and reporting
  • Identify current and emerging trends in staff data (retention, turnover, career paths, etc) including managing and assisting in the disaggregation and analysis of data
  • Manage team in being active consumers of data analyses and tools
  • Develop a high performing HRIS Team â?? 90% Retention of A Players
  • Develop trust and leverage influence of team to drive strong results
  • Develop current team competencies and skill sets to be independent thinkers and contributors to the business purpose of the HRIS function
  • Ensure the HRIS team receives strong evaluations of customer service and integrity from key stakeholders
  • Ensure HRIS team scores 90% score on 2017 mid year organizational health survey

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage team of 5 direct reports (HRIS Administrator(s) and HRIS Analyst

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelora??s degree required

Experience:

  • At least three years of experience in HRIS Management
  • Experience in managing and implementing multiple HRIS related projects
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Experience writing reports and presentations, including creation through analysis to all levels of the company, including the executive team
  • Experience partnering with IT stakeholders
  • Licenses or Certifications (if applicable): Project Management Certification, preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expert in use of Word, Excel, Access and HRIS software. Candidate must have the ability to research, analyze, report and make sound judgments and work on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation
  • Possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.)
