Job Role:

  • Lead and assist the Human Resources department with projects through researching, compiling, computing and analyzing data.
  • Research is organized and presented with recommendations based on findings.
  • Analyze and provide feedback/recommendations related to Accounting activities.
  • Review quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, propose solutions, and take action to ensure integrity in systems data and processes.
  • Develop standard and custom reports, surveys, and meet reporting requirements that involve employee compensation.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Develop and maintain training programs, user procedures, and guidelines associated with assigned responsibilities or projects, to include expense reporting, time and attendance, and compensation systems.
  • Support the design and functionality by testing and auditing HRIS systems, processes and related activities.


Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with two plus years of experience using HRIS systems.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide solutions and consultation to the business.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a team focused, collaborative environment and possess interpersonal skills necessary to manage business relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
