Role:Sr. HRIS Technical Functional Analyst Location:Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ Responsibilities The Sr. HRIS Technical Functional Analyst position is responsible for building and maintaining integrations, support and maintenance of the Workday HCM application. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, is a subject matter expert who ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned. Essential Workday HCM Skills and Experience Hands-on HCM configuration experience Experience working on at least 2 different implementation projects Strong understanding of business processes configuration and process flows Strong understanding of security configuration, security groups, roles, workflow, intersection & integration security. Strong understanding of Workdays Talent Management Suite (goals, reviews, development, succession, talent cards, career planning, etc.) Strong understanding of creating custom reports (advanced, matrix, composite, etc.) Ability to build, test, deploy and document Workday integration technology (Cloud Connectors & EIBs)\\ Experience integrating Workday HCM with ADP(payroll), Benefit Administrators and other third party HR applications Key Workday Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Cloud Connectors and EIBs. Monitor current integrations and resolve issues HRIS WD Talent Lead who will partner with HR Talent Team. Create performance reviews, development plans, career planning, feedback and succession planning to support talent team Perform audit procedures to assist in identifying business process gaps and data integrity Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as appropriate to support the business Ability to think outside the box, perform â??root cause analysisâ? of data issues within HCM and supporting HR applications and implement correction/change Support projects and cross functional initiatives. Provide support for HR special projects (i.e. implementations, acquisitions) Document policies, procedures. processes for both HRIS knowledge sharing and our user community Perform other duties as assigned Technical knowledge/skills Workday technical and functional subject matter expert Workday integration support utilizing Core Connector and EIBs Hands on extensive configuration experience in Workday HCM Working knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint SQL skills a plus Workday/ADP Enterprise integration experience a plus Understanding of Global Workday functionality a plus Understanding the configuration of the Kainos/Smart testing module a plus General knowledge/skills Collaborative project management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer focus Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects Ability to manage without authority Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented Ability to troubleshoot an issue and provide end to end resolution Understanding of data security policies/procedures in handling sensitive and confidential employee information at all times. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills Efficient time management and multi-tasking skills Deep Passion to work in HRIS and support Workday and other HR Systems Education/Experience Bachelor degree required (focus in Technology or Computer Science preferred) 5+ years of experience within Human Resources or an HRIS system Minimum 2+ years demonstrated experience in configuration and deployment of solutions using Workday
