Responsibilities:
Act as the Global HR Lead for management of the all HRIS system within the Inc business, including Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation Planning, Talent Management, Reporting and Data Management, ADP Global View, Intellix and Brass Ring
Assist in the development of a new HR Service Delivery Model
Work with internal groups and HR Management to develop processes and procedures for maintaining HRIS systems
Work closely with implementation partners, HR service providers, HR and IT team members to integration the new HRIS system to payroll/time entry provider(s), benefits provider(s), legacy systems and new applications
Develop, design, and implement metrics and reports to identify business problems and support business processes
Responsible for protecting employee confidential data
Assist in training and communications programs for HR staff, company managers, and employee base
Partner with IT organization to test and deploy new functionality, business processes and configuration, including system upgrades
Maintain professional knowledge and skills relating to HR compliance and HRIS best practices and make recommendations for process or service improvements, cost reductions and efficiencies
Collaborate with other functional team members within HR and Finance to ensure accuracy of data mining and reporting activities
Liaison with the HR Data Management Analyst on the definition and maintenance of data standards
Job Qualifications:
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Workday and HRIS experience.
Experience in some or all of the following: HR administration, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, time tracking and self-service applications.
