  • Researches, analyzes and prepares required data analysis by HR Leadership.
  • Proactively utilizes Query building, Reporting or SQL tools to identify data integrity issues and determines the appropriate approach to ensure employee and company structure data elements are updated correctly
  • Manages key reporting initiatives and analytics projects required by HR leadership engaging data source owners and delivering against expectations
  • Translates business requirements into reporting deliverables and analytical needs assessment
  • Determines relevant approaches for key human capital and talent analytics, including data requirements, trade-offs in analytical methods, and interpretation of results
  • Creates and maintains HCM data reporting and Dashboards ensuring data quality.
  • Provides strategic insights through workforce metrics, dashboards, and the full-spectrum of analysis and predictive modeling to inform business and HR decision-making
  • Partners with HRIS analysts and IT to develop, structure and enhance the enterprise data warehouse
  • Use tools, programming and HR systems to establish single sources of truth that can be utilized consistently across businesses and functions
  • Leads research addressing critical HR issues and providing support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting and predictive analytics
  • Automates, standardizes, schedules and publishes key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment
  • Assists internal customers to better understand workforce metrics and utilize analytics for decision making.
  • Performs structure data audits on all company foundation system tables to identify inconsistencies or missing information and coordinates with other departments to ensure data retrieval or correction
  • Maintains a schedule of recurring reports and performs extensive analysis on all incoming report requests to validate effectiveness and inefficiencies within the process to maintain a best practice approach to report delivery.
  • Audits reporting to identify errors and/or deficiencies, develop and implement solutions
  • Analyzes and evaluates results from reporting, data audits, and support ticket usage statistics to provide recommendations to HR leadership for use in making system enhancement and operational change decisions
  • Provides ongoing support for HR Shared Service Center team and performs various complex and specialized support functions as assigned by shared services leadership including but not limited to acquisition/divestiture employee data entry and other various Payroll, Benefits, and HR employee data transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered, data analysis and assures information delivery on a timely basis.
  • Work with auditors, business and compliance to review data transactions and provide necessary reports
  • Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Collaborate design sessions with business, gather key requirements and suggest solutions.
  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
