Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Responsible for the maintenance of HRIS.
  • Key POC for integration deliverables.
  • Responsible for data integrity, workflow, maintaining security, developing reports, analyzing results, and data entry.
What you will do:
  • Maintain human resources information system(s), mainly Workday HCMServes as a liaison between HR, IT, and TMO HRIT departmentsDevelops, debugs, and maintains standard, ad-hoc, and scheduled reports and EIBs
  • Works with Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation to support their needs and to coordinate data integration and reporting functions
  • Maintains database and tables (data entry) and status changesDocument HRIS processes and provides training, as neededRuns data audits, builds and maintains database security profilesValidate business processes
  • Participate in process and operation improvement opportunities
  • Respond to internal and external inquiriesAdditional duties and responsibilities according to business needs (especially related to integration needs and requests) Comply with company quality management systems, policies, and proceduresIts important you have:Previous Workday experience, preferably HCM, Performance Management, and Absence Management
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with the immediate team and our internal and external customers
  • Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams/resources to bring about solutions
  • Ability to work under stress related time constraints that might involve conflicting/competing priorities and be flexible
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills as well as strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills needed
