Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a Human Resources department with an HRIS system required, preferably with system configuration and requirements gathering.
- Jobvite experience is preferred. Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing priorities in order to accomplish the most critical/sensitive issues in a timely manner.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Paylocity.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Sense of urgency.
