Role: HRMS Specialist Location: Peoria,IL, St. Louis,MO Key responsibilities include:_** Facilitates the design, build, and test of business and technology based processes. Leads the investigation, analysis, recommendation and implementation of new functionality and/or upgrades to the HCM. Participates in and leads the testing and implementation of system rollouts and upgrades; coordinates user testing and parallel run activities. Creates and maintains standards, policies, specifications and procedures with regard to system operations to maintain the data quality and integrity of the HCM database. Proactively identifies areas for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies in both the business process and system. Provides new user and on-going training and education related to system functionality, in order to improve the user experience and increase efficiency of operations. Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies. Qualifications:_** Bachelor\'s Degree required from an accredited university or college, preferably in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Three or more years of configuration, implementation and/or business support experience with an enterprise-wide application required. Experience with HCM software system preferred. One or more years of experience in project management required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:** Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail. Ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality. Previous exposure to continuous-improvement activities through active participation in system-related projects, preferred. Knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resources (recruitment, compensation, payroll, talent management, benefits, etc.), preferred. Computer skills in the following application areas required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
