Role: HRIS Analyst Location: Louisville,KY As a HRIS Analyst you will: leverage your analytical and technical skills to design and implement best-practice reports and analysis which support our customers and stakeholders. Conduct data analysis involving disparate enterprise-wide and targeted data, providing reports and results to departmental associates and business partners Design and produce custom and adhoc reports that supports enterprise-wide initiatives and decisions Provide technology-related expertise and guidance on special projects and initiatives as needed Maintain and improve database and systems resources containing sensitive and confidential data Manage invoice review and payment process for departmental expenses Audit corporate wide benefit invoices to ensure accurate billing and payments Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access and Power Point Ability to design and develop within MS Access Demonstrated database manipulation skills, including work with data structures and complex queries Excellent analytical skills Ability to understand and translate technical requirements Demonstrated communication skills Proven business acumen ADP Enterprise is STRONGLY desired
