HRIS Manager - KLX Loc: Wellington, FL

The HRIS Manager supports the ever-changing technology that is used to drive HR processes to help the Company achieve its overall business goals. The successful candidate coordinates and leads the work product with and/or of internal and external partners in the enhancement, maintenance, and configuration of all HRIS systems to maximize productivity, efficiency, and usefulness of HR data. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership of HR Information Systems including (workflows; reports; training and technical assistance to users; upgrades and implementation of best practice). Serving as primary technical liaison between HR process owners and Information Technology as well as between HR and Payroll. Supporting development of business case to assist with decision making and prioritization. Serving as technical advisor between HR process owners and vendors of systems solutions, including ensuring the completion and satisfaction / value-add of solution following implementation. Effective communication to foster strong relationships with client base and stakeholders. Project management for efficiencies in HR processes and tools. Planning and execution of technical aspects of HR information system. Owning, leading and driving all activities, projects and initiatives to ensure successful and quality, on-time, on-budget delivery. Managing scope of systems solutions to HR requirements and ensuring compliance with internal change controls and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Driving the process of data collection and conversion of new employee data during mergers and acquisitions. Responsibility for information security on all HR systems. Identifying risks and issues; mitigating and escalating until resolved. Creating and maintaining plans for financial forecasting, financial reporting, and resource tracking for HR technology budget. Provides the HR function with quarterly strategic reports/dashboards and as-needed information to proactively monitor workforce trends and issues. Keeping pace with advancements in technology, develops and implements HR Technology and Information strategy, policies and procedures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 8 years of technical experience of increasing responsibility with HR technology and systems and/or training or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience. Advanced Excel and/or Access skills.
