The Supervisor of Sales Operations, reporting to the Director, National Business Development, is a key contributor providing operational excellence for the sales process; serving as both a sales operations leader and a subject matter expert in the management of prospects in the pipeline. Managing sales cycle operations from initial lead generation through contract close. Daily sales operations Research and reports for potential prospect (i.e. company overview; key leader bios) to the business development team for strategic sales planning CRM administrator, manage all CRM training and best practices, input/manage lead information, generate reports as needed by business development, marketing, and executive management. Responsible for managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and related activities. Primary Responsibilities Ongoing management of the sales process; effectively manage appointment setting & logistics with persistence and urgency. Sales pursuit program management across cross-functional sales team including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Product Management and Development, Clinical and Finance leaders. Work in both a team environment and independently to ensure deadlines are met Supports document collection (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, etc.) to develop proposals and meet deadlines. Conduct weekly logistics meetings with the business development teams, take minutes, and follow-up on action items to ensure adequate preparation Attend all prospect prep meetings and provide supporting collateral to the sales team. Assists in managing priorities for the business development team to ensure task completion. Develop lead management and lead life cycle as prospects funnel through the pipeline from marketing to sales to ensure they are being handled effectively and efficiently. Lead contact for Sales and Operations planning. Frequent contact with Sales, Accounting Management, Marketing, Field Clinical, Clinical, and Professional Services / Delivery, Finance and Operations. Implement workflow of sales processes including but not limited to forecast tracking, sales analysis, management of pricing systems, sales team incentive metrics. Implement and track all key metrics for sales and supporting functions. Identify trends and recommend root causes for success and improvement in processes. Lead a reporting structure for sales forecast. Field Salesforce questions, needs and coordinate responses. Implement and update key Dashboards for Leadership, Sales Teams, and agencies. Collaborate with marketing to track and report sales team promotions and results. Undergoes training on HIPAA and other privacy regulations on at least an annual basis or upon any significant change in the law, as determined by the Privacy Officer or the Information Security Officer. Incorporates learning from training into daily job functions. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in working with sensitive data or protected health information. Upon becoming aware of a data incident or a suspected data breach, the person filling this position is expected to immediately report such incident to the Privacy Officer or Information Security Officer. Maintains accurate and complete documentation regarding the creation, use, storage, or transmission of protected health information, as required by applicable laws . The successful candidate must be assertive, high energy, and create urgency with the highly matrixed business development team, including representatives from clinical, professional services, product development, and marketing organizations. Must be curious by nature, possess a positive attitude, and be ready to do whatever it takes to get things done. Must be an intuitive listener, able to pick up on key information quickly. Highly organized and possesses a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Experience and Education Required Bachelor’s degree 5+ years in sales operations, business to business sales leadership, or top tier consulting in either the health care or software industry Software or Healthcare Industry Experience working with C-level SVP and VP level executives CRM data management experience Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Project management Proficiently working cross-functionally among numerous stakeholders Strong analytical and problem solving skills Advance skills in Power Point and other Microsoft products Go To Meeting & Web based meeting proficiency Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
