Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be leading a team of administrative and field personnel engaged in the implementation of utility energy efficiency programs
  • You will help deliver the implementation of various energy efficiency programs administered by Client for utility commercial and residential customers
  • You will also be responsible for the overall supervision of other program resources such as subcontractors and the programs trade ally network
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of program delivery, financials, and utility client satisfaction
  • Achieve full proficiency on the scope and details of multiple programs.
  • Oversee recruitment and development of staff including hiring, workforce adjustments, performance evaluations, mentoring, etc.
  • Operational management of Profit & Loss (P&L) to monitor program budgets, achieve revenue, and meet program goals.
  • Planning, forecasting, and delivering profitability goals for all programs.
  • Set and manage client expectations and communication.
  • Overall management of all program aspects including but not limited to budgets, project schedules, safety, personnel, key performance indicators, client invoicing and reporting.
  • On-going program analysis - deliver process improvements and daily operational efficiencies.
  • Develop, lead, and manage employees
  • Execute program implementation plans and revise when necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Ensure that completed work, reported financials, and data to client(s) meet quality control standards and client/program requirements.
  • Ensure all team members are adhering to all safety measures and protocols.
  • Other Duties as Required
