Qualifications

â?¢

Minimum 5 years\\\' experience in customer data management or CRM such as Salesforce.com

â?¢

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo

â?¢

Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data

â?¢

An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem solving skills

â?¢

Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms

â?¢

Knowledge of integrated digital marketing and best practices

â?¢

Demonstrated experience of developing a global lead scoring system and successful implementation

â?¢

Proven experience in measuring and reporting with an understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis

â?¢

Superior project management and organizational skills

â?¢

Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

â?¢

Up to 10% travel

â?¢

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

â?¢

The Program Manager, Global Customer Data & CRM leads the business strategy development, governance, and roadmap execution of our global customer data program

â?¢

This includes overseeing the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data while developing and implementing policies and governance around how customer data is segmented and used across the organization for marketing purposes

â?¢

The Program Manager determines how to best leverage customer behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalized content through integrated digital marketing strategies

â?¢

In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring all customer data acquisition and usage practices comply with legal requirements including GDPR and CCPA

â?¢

Develops and executes a customer data strategy and roadmap designed to deliver more personalized content through integrated marketing campaigns

â?¢

Creates and enforces policies for effective customer data governance

â?¢

Manages lead distribution program with sales reps including maintaining lead assignment rules

â?¢

Establishes procedures for customer data sharing with internal and external stakeholders

â?¢

Develops, implements, and trains users on customer data segmentation and lead scoring strategies

â?¢

Develops and implements programs to ensure compliance with data privacy and consent laws

â?¢

Oversees CRM adoption as needed to support customer digital experience and marketing activities

â?¢

Manages the setup and execution of automated lead nurturing campaigns that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics

â?¢

Develops dashboard to monitor customer data quality and lead scoring

â?¢

Supports others in the use and adoption of our CRM and ensures adherence to legal and company standards

â?¢

Assists with reports, data extractions, and importing customer data files as needed

â?¢

May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting
