Job description

  • Oversee the US staffing and recruitment process.Drive annual compensation activity including base salary, incentives Manage performance management process, conduct job evaluations and surveys Review, track and manage employee immigration cases Coordinate and track participation in the company's required Harassment Training Program Ensure we are compliant with all labor law regulations; stay updated on all employment law changes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR Systems Oversee US employee benefits Programs , and act as an expert to employees with questions pertaining to health, dental/vision, life and AD&D, disability, FSA and 401(k)Be the primary contact for all audits, tax filings and compliance issues Propose efficiencies to ensure usability and understanding, alignment of HR process and procedures with Exar core values.
  • Required Skills Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels of the organization Effective time management skills, including ability to prioritize workload to meet key deadlines.
  • Strong conflict management, collaboration and problem-solving abilities Customer service orientation with ability to multi-task effectively Sensitivity to confidential information Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills Bi-lingual Mandarin, highly preferred Required Experience Bachelors plus 7 years of experience and progressive responsibility in global HRIS, benefits and compensation for high tech companies.
  • HRIS Implementation is a plus Expert knowledge of Excel, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power Point and Word Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels of the organization Effective time management skills, including ability to prioritize workload to meet key deadlines.
  • Strong conflict management, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
