Fusion Applications :Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant Location: Wayne,PA

: In this support teamposition you will assist our HR department with a number of differentapplications from Oracle EBS and Fusion to ADP. You will work with theend users and Project Management Office to understand problems facing the HRteam and work with the system to find solutions. We have a globalfootprint with primary user bases in the US, UK, and India. This isa challenging opportunity for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves andsolve problems.

Responsibilities

·Setup and configuration of HRIS systems

·Maintaining data integration between Oracle FusionApplications and the source systems

·Troubleshooting application errors and reporting issues

·Create “How To” documentation

·Managing Service Request tickets and meeting establishedSLA’s

·Work closely with end users, PMO and Release Management toprioritize and schedule enhancement requests and bug fixes

Requirements:

·Minimum 4 years working with Core HR inOracle EBS

·Minimum 1 year working with Oracle FusionHCM, must have experience with FBL and coexistence.(MUST)

·Experience with integrationsbetween a core HR application and other 3rd party systems forpayroll and benefits

·Global HRIS experience withNorth America and EMEA

·Excellent communicationskills

PreferredQualities:

·Experience writing queries with SQL Plus

·Working knowledge of Open HR

·Ability to understand and configure compensation plans

·Experience configuring allowances

·Exposure to Taleo Recruit, ADP Connection, Workday andDell-Boomi

·Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform root causeanalysis
