Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Duties: Policy, Data Management and Workflow â?¢ Monitors and maintains employee policy documents; serves as front-line resource to the organization, providing information and interpretation as requested â?¢ Maintains up-to-date and compliant employee files and HR information related to benefits, job descriptions, compensation etc. â?¢ Responsible for HRIS data management (ADP Workforce Now preferred); provides backup payroll support â?¢ Generates HR reports, analyzes data, and performs audits â?¢ Provides research and analysis to support HR metrics, presentations, and policy development â?¢ Coordinates and/or supports organizational training and development activities â?¢ Performs administrative duties as needed Benefits/Compliance â?¢ Responsible for processing benefit plan enrollments, changes and terminations; coordinates with HR colleagues, payroll, and benefits providers; acts as a liaison between employees and providers in cases of enrollment or claims discrepancies â?¢ Participates in annual open enrollment planning meetings; schedules and participates in employee enrollment meetings, preparation of materials; racks on-line enrollment progress and assists in updating HRIS/payroll system â?¢ Responsible for timely and compliant management of leaves (Disability/FMLA) Employee Relations â?¢ Coordinates employee life cycle activities and processes, from employee hiring to performance management to exits/separations â?¢ Participates in the development and delivery of the New Hire Orientation Program â?¢ Addresses, investigates and documents employee issues swiftly and thoroughly, involving appropriate leadership where necessary â?¢ Proposes and develops timely communications to employees regarding benefits, policies, HR trainings and meetings, Lunch & Learns and similar events Staffing/Recruitment â?¢ Responsible for recruitment at the corporate site as well as support for other locations as needed â?¢ Sources candidates through a variety of means â?¢ Works with managers to identify and proactively address known or pending skill gaps & workforce needs Qualifications: â?¢ A Bachelorâ??s Degree with specialization in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Organization or related discipline â?¢ Seven to ten years of work experience in a progressive HR Department â?¢ Demonstrated hands-on experience with performance management, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and employment law â?¢ Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills â?¢ Superior writing skills to support correspondence, reports, and employee communications â?¢ Solid understanding of employee law fundamentals (FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, ACA, etc.) â?¢ Solid understanding of employee health and welfare benefits, including plan documentation â?¢ Solid understanding of basic compensation processes â?¢ Research and analytical skills to support development of policy, tools, and to analyze pertinent trends â?¢ Demonstrated solid capabilities in MS Office software & project management experience â?¢ HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP/SCP) preferred â?¢ Experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing company a plus (corporate or plant environment)
