Human Resource Generalist Loc: Rochester, NH

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Human ResourceGeneralist will have direct responsibility for leading Human Resourceactivities for their defined organization/location. Specifically the HumanResource Generalist will be responsible for the following: KeyDuties/Responsibilities Coordination and Execution of direct labor recruitingand related staffing plans. Lead employee onboarding process executionincluding working cross-functionally to ensure proper completion. Identifiesand assists HR Leader in resolving various employee and management relatedissues including work performance, policy interpretation, compensation,employee/manager relations, and co-worker relations. Benefit PlanCoordination/Communication for site including providing assistance as needed tocorporate HR team in new hire benefit administration and existing employeeissue resolution. Assists in developing and implementing various employeerelations and communication initiatives. Assists in the development andcoordination of Company-wide training programs including new hire orientationand training. Provide support on employment policy issues includingrecommending new policies and edits to existing policies. Support/coordinateExecution Of Employee Engagement Action Plans Including But Not Limited Toemployee communication plans employee recognition program supervisordevelopment Aids in workers compensation administration as needed. Coordinatesand or/assists in employee event planning including employee wellnessinitiatives. Provide coordination and support for site HSE plans and relatedemployee issues Other Projects as assigned Key Measures Of Success TalentRatings (mfg and salaried) Engagement Metrics (best in class goals) RecruitingMetrics (time to fill, new hire talent) Employee Retention
