PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate and recommend set up, design and functionality for users including upgrades.
  • Responsible for authorizing new users to the system. Provide support to HR users for each module of JDE HR.
  • Maintain and manage specific set up: position IDs, benefits plans, and HR Tables.
  • Initiate, create agenda and lead for Monthly HRIS calls for all Sunrise Medical HR users to review enhancements and provide on going training for all Sunrise Medical HR users.
  • Provide training to all new hires in HR role.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation on system and procedures.Audit and evaluate data to ensure consistency, accuracy and validity.
  • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders. (e.g. payroll, ITâ?¦)Recommend improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes from established processes.
  • Provide ad hoc reports (headcount, turnoverâ?¦) on associates related data out of JDE to NA Executive group.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies through classes, reading and participating in user group meetings/conferences.
  • Day-to-day contact with associates and HR Partners on benefit issues.
  • Work directly with benefit vendors on resolution of benefit issues.
  • On annual basis, create Benefit Confirmation statements for both open enrollment and the new calendar year; populate open enrollment benefit forms.
  • Responsible for working with 3rd party vendor on COBRA open enrollment including creation of open enrollment letter, forms and plans that will be available.
  • Work with AAP consultant at calendar year end for consolidation and creation of AAP plans for all sites.
  • Create reports annually for EEO-1 and Vets-100 reporting to government.
Desired Skills and ExperienceREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree in a related area.4-8 years of experience HRIS and or benefits related field.
  • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to HRIS and benefits.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
