Role: HRIS Analyst Location: Midland,TX Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following\\. Other duties may be assigned\\. Researches, analyzes and maintains the Human Resources Information System\\. Identify HRIS issues, root cause and resolution\\. Analyze data, identify trends and provide relevant insights to enable fact\\-based people decisions\\. Identify, design and deploy business processes & improvements to simplify management of day\\-to\\-day business operations\\. Liaison between internal HR customersâ?? vendors\\. Analyze system capabilities, data integrity and business processes during the normal course of daily activities and makes recommendations for improvements in order to support data integrity efforts\\. Responsible for maintenance of and/or oversight of security requests in all HR systems\\. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS processes and functionality\\. Ensures the effective configuration and integration of all HR systems\\. Provides technical support associated with daily system usage of functional end users\\. Designs, modifies and produces necessary reports to fulfill customer requests\\. Evaluate and implement software modules, including requirements gathering, testing, configuration, scripting, workflow development, reporting, and administration Implement HRIS system upgrades Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily\\.
