Responsibilities/Duties
Responsible for data input into the HRIS for all global salaried employees.
Ensures adherence to approval process and recommends changes as needed.
Ensures system integrity is maintained.
Supports the inbound/outbound file process, including running monthly reports and distributing to various groups and/or uploading to external databases.
Provides user support for various systems, including the HRIS, reporting system, timekeeping system, online training system, performance management system, etc.
Participates in salary surveys by running reports, matching jobs, and submitting data by required deadline.
Organizes survey results for on-going use.
Coordinates the defined contribution process by working closely with payroll and Fidelity.
Ensures weekly files are funded on a timely basis and participant data errors are resolved.
Coordinates data requests between subsidiaries in order support various projects.
