Role:HRIS Coordinator Location:Blue Ash, OH Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered and assures information is available on a timely basis, correct and update employee data as needed. Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, researches/reports on any data discrepancies. Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data request. Research and correct timecard issuesParticipates in special projects with staff as directed. Responsible for data integrity, assisting with testing of system changes and reporting. Partner with teams including IT, HR, Benefits and Payroll to accomplish tasks and projects. Assist with the creation of materials and training support for End Users. Support daily/weekly processes, transactions, mass changes, data entry, ad hoc reports, etc. as needed. Complete tasks and assignments with a solution oriented approach. Apply a continuous improvement approach to all work processes. Assist with HRIS system projects and initiatives. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, preferably Kronos. High degree accuracy of data entry/management. Excellent verbal and written communication. Skills in problem solving and decision making. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Associates degree in related field OR 4+ years of directly related human resource experience. Must have advanced Excel skills. Kronos HRIS experience a plus.
