Assistant Project Manager Loc; Fort Mill, SC

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and engineering support to the Project Managers and Construction Managers.
  • Coordinates with Architect for timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and distribution of current contract plans and specifications.
  • Confirms contractorâ??s maintenance of record drawings prior to monthly progress payments to the Contractor.
  • Coordinates with surveying, testing and inspection staff.
  • Assists in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.

Maintain project files.

  • Reviews submittals for conformance to plans and specifications.
  • Assists in coordinating meetings with stakeholders.
  • Assists in review of submittal procedures, RFIâ??s and monthly invoices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is highly preferred.
  • A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Understanding of life cycle tracking for replacement budgeting.
  • Knowledge of facilities and facilities management is required.
