Role:Marketing & Design Assistant

Position Description

• The Marketing & Design Assistant will work under the Marketing & Design Manager.
• The Marketing Assistant role is to support and manage the business efficiently.
• This role requires the employee to assume delegated responsibility for the delivery of marketing projects, assignments and events.
• The employee will also need to provide and proofread various content for all media platforms.
  

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Design Manager.
  
• Provide and proofread various content for all media platforms (i.e. digital, print, social etc.).
  
• Research, collect and analyze marketing data.
  
• Provide project support on sales strategies marketing campaigns and analyze the results.
  
• Ability to work directly with customers and/or potential customers in retrieving information for market surveys.
  
• Support all marketing activities.
  
• Provide support for marketing events.
  
• Assist with promotional literature.
  
• Update and maintain the marketing departments databases.
  
• Manage events, book venues and order marketing materials.
  
• Help to drive on line traffic with web-related campaigns.
  
• Analyze questionnaires.
  
• Additional Supporting Duties
  
• Create and develop website pages, banner ads, and HTML emails.
  
• Develop graphic and image assets for content and digital marketing.\'
  

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, or one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
