Job description We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager Premium Sealants to help grow the Company. In this integral and visible role, you connect strategy to DIY and Professional end-users to bring innovative products to market. Responsibilities include the following: ·Lead project management of cross-functional teams to deliver new, innovative products to market on time and on budget ·Optimize and grow existing product lines ·Define product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing ·Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned ·Execute the development, design and production of packaging, literature, signage and marketing materials in accordance with Company branding strategies ·Participate in the development and execution of social media campaigns and public relations related activity ·Develop and participate in presentations to internal and key strategic retail accounts ·Conduct and analyze market research Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or Communications Three (3) years marketing experience One (1) year consumer packaged goods experience Experience developing new consumer products for market including definition of concepts, positioning, features, benefits and pricing Ability to understand consumer needs and market research and translate these into successful new product offerings and product improvements Ability to utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions Exceptional creativity: Ability to juggle structure and lead complex projects, monitor progress against key milestones and deliver on time and on budget Demonstrated success managing multiple product launch cycles, from idea generation to product delivery Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
