Education:
- Bachelors in Business, Merchandising, Retailing or related degree required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two years of experience in traditional retail planning.
- Demonstrated success in merchandise assortment expansionKnowledge,Skills: Strong knowledge and proficiency in merchandising, pricing and assortment planning Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including VLOOKUP, PIVOT and MACRO.
- Strong proficiency in retail math, OTB and system analysis.
- Strong organizational, detail, and project management skills, with the ability to consistently meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts, communicate clearly, completely and concisely.
- Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration.
