Job Responsibilities

  • Create and execute Digital Marketing Media Plan and budget
  • Management of brand and vanity websites, imagery and various distribution channels to maximize digital presence
  • Develop and maintain both SEO strategy and Paid Search strategy
  • Coordinate package creation and promotions through various online channels
  • Create and manage link building strategies in specific markets for entire portfolio to increase SEO efforts, new guest acquisition and conversions
  • Proactively seek out new online revenue channels as well as further develop existing web presence on various digital platforms
  • Implement social media program that drives conversions to maximize organic growth and brand loyalty for corporate sites and its properties
  • Manage social media channels and maintain reputation management
  • Manage all hotel & local area photography, photoshoot coordination and digital asset distribution
  • Proactively seek out new marketing channels to create brand awareness, increase conversions and maximize revenues
  • Leverage all hotel brand resources including but not limited to promotions, digital marketing campaigns, PPC marketing, site optimization
  • Manage photo images on social media and all websites per brand requirements as directed
  • Run monthly analytic reports on multiple channels, analyze reports and create a target strategy
  • Proof read all digital marketing creative
  • Periodic property visits for market analysis, website audits and onsite support
  • Attend meetings and training with hotels, vendors, brand eCommerce representatives, corporate office, area CVBâ??s and other organizations as assigned
  • Support Corporate Office on additional projects on an as needed basis

Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant experience of proven marketing, digital and social media and eCommerce
  • College degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Experience within Hotel or Hospitality industry preferred
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Multi tasker with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Easily adjusts to different projects within short period of time
  • Ability to be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Proactively seek out additional projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience with Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop preferred
