eCommerce Key Account Manager Loc: Atlanta ,GA

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Responsible for growing and advancing a??s position in the eCommerce space.
  • This role will manage an existing portfolio of 5 customers.
  • At the same time, identifying and developing new partners in the eCommerce channel.
  • Primary focus will be on pure play opportunities, but also identifying strategic brick and click customers.
  • The role will interact with an outside sales and marketing agency, along with an internal cross functional team (consisting of representatives from each internal department).
  • This persons day to day functions will revolve around pricing/promotional strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating efforts of all stakeholders on the account and executing on all day to day activities as identified.
  • We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience selling in the eCommerce channel.
  • The ideal candidate will be driven, able to multi-task, work under fast and dynamic conditions and be able to react quickly to all situations. Position reports to Director of Sales.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Manage key existing customers and seek additional eCommerce account opportunities
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver who understands how to create and manage online listings and pricing strategies
  • Working knowledge or requirements, regulations and best practices for selling on key e-tailers
  • Understanding of drop ship process
  • Knowledge of marketplace vendors and their role in the eCommerce channel
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent verbal/written skills, possess strong planning skills, be a self-starter who also takes direction well, and possess the ability to communicate effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects wth sense of urgency and prompt response
  • Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate and function in a team environment
  • Willingness to take direction and be proactive
  • Previous experience with Amazon.com or similar e-tailers a plus

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field with equivalent experience

Years of Relevant Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience selling in the eCommerce channel
  • Key Account sales experience

Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Sales and channel management experience with a key focus in eCommerce
