- Salesforce.com5 years of Force.com developmentexperience.
- Experience with APIs, Apex/Visualforce, mobiledevelopment technologies and ETL tools.
- Experience with a professional consultingorganization preferred.
- 5+ years experience in managing external orinternal client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in thedelivery of business consulting and systems development.
- Proven ability to design, optimize and integratebusiness processes across disparate systems.
- Have thorough understanding of OOP, designpatterns, and enterprise application integration.
- Excellent client facing skills with the abilityto understand clients\' needs and translate those into valuable solutions.
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability todevelop processes and methodologies
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability torapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, andtechnologies.
- CertificationsSalesforce.com certification as Advanced Adminor Developer or Sales and Service Consultant.
