Job Description NetIQ is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Analyst. Salesforce.com (SFDC) Analyst participates in the planning, implementation sales process supported by Salesforce.com. This position could be located in Houston, TX or Provo, UT The Successful Candidate Will Accomplish The Following Take a lead role in supporting a global implementation of Salesforce.com Ensure that technical designs accomplish business/IT objectives and meet functional requirements. In this capacity he/she will be an expert in features, designing solutions, and other tools that extend the product. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations team to develop best practices Lead functional and technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design. Conduct design reviews with development and support team members Review business/functional requirements and verify implementation feasibility Design and implement solutions using an iterative approach in a fast- paced environment Provide detailed impact analysis assessment for application, architecture, integration and infrastructure components Provide support to development teams to ensure that design standards and best practice are being followed and architecture components are understood and leveraged during project development Perform general technical trouble shooting Skills And Qualifications Hands on execution, leadership and coordination with Development, QA, other IT and business teams Experience as lead SFDC Analyst within a medium to large corporation Experience within the technology industry 5+ years experience designing and developing web and service-oriented integration including hands-on, in-depth knowledge of XML/XSLT, SOAP/WSDL, JSON/Rest, Java Messaging and Enterprise Service Bus 3+ years experience in Sales and Service Cloud 3+ years experience supporting an SFDC instance of over 500 users Adept at identifying risks, creating mitigation plans and remediation activities Experience working directly with business users and leadership in crafting an overall strategy and approach around SFDC Experience in at least one initial rollout of SFDC with over 500 users Experience with business intelligence, data warehouse and Salesforce.com Reporting and Analytics Familiarity with SDLC, agile, software release and version control process and procedures. Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (Required) Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
