JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Client has an IMMEDIATE need for a Salesforce.com / SFDC CRM Administrator Responsibilities:Providing solutions to requests submitted by employees across the company on topics such as: New or updated Salesforce.com fields, workflows, and validation rules
  • Multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation
  • Changes in permissions to access Salesforce.com data Creation, maintenance and running of Salesforce.com reports or dashboards
  • Errors or bugs spotted in Salesforce.com Fix issues independently by performing Salesforce.com administration or make the determination to engage appropriate internal teams
  • Define and improve process for approving Saleforce.com structural changes
  • Be a subject matter expert, participate in business discussions relating to new functionality, system solutions or other broadly scoped initiatives as assigned
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Required Skills/Experience: Over two years administration & development experience with Salesforce.com (foundation apex knowledge and experience is sufficient)Data migration, integration techniques, and tools experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
  • Ability to multitask in an effective and organized manner within a fast paced environment
  • Desired Skills/Experience: A Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
