Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Adoption Support/Training -Respond to user problems, requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner -Assist with supporting existing and new local incentive programs as they relate to Salesforce.com
  • Assist users in understanding the link between Salesforce.com and their own success
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with users
  • Develop and deliver Salesforce.com training and to the sales and customer care teams, as requested by Admin Data Integrity/Analytics
  • Manage data quality routines (importing, de-duping, cleansing, and backup)
  • Ensure overall data integrity -Upload leads/accounts/contacts and other objects through data import
  • Create ad hoc reports on an as needed basis
  • Assist with managing dashboards, custom report types, and campaigns as needed
  • Analyze data and create action items based on the results
  • Verify program compliance requirements are met Marketing/Sales/Customer Care Support
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues across departments (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care)
  • Work with the Sales organization on all lead and opportunity related issues
  • Work with the Marketing organization to help manage digital marketing (campaigns, and Pardot)
  • Assist with any additional CRM administration projects as requested by the business
