Role:Program Manager - Salesforce.com

Location: Atlanta,GA

  • The Program Manager will learn and understand the systems and processes that are integrated into the Salesforce.com platform as well as global sales data flows.
  • The Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com, sales system\'s processes, and serve as a liaison between Sales and IT.
  • The Program Manager will also take on project management responsibilities for Sales Technology projects enhancing and creating new Sales Technology for Global Sales.
Administration Responsibilities:

  • Optimization and maintenance of Salesforce.com for various cross functional groups
  • Administer Salesforce.com on a day-to-day basis, including managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, page layouts, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, application configurations and continual modifications and help-related materials
  • Assist management with vetting, selecting and implementing new Salesforce-related technology solutions
  • Documentation of current and future state processes and work flows
  • Identify process improvement needs, including gap assessments, lessons learned, and training
  • Create and maintain data integrity rules, and enable SFDC success as our unified system of record
  • Participate in SFDC stakeholder meetings to prioritize enhancement requests and projects
  • Document and report on all SFDC requests, department requesting change, Sponsor, and LOE
Development/Change Management Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that support business requirements and processes
  • Ownership, execution and strategy of both system design and customizations including new rules/workflows, roles, profiles, etc.
  • Work in and deploy from a sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic
  • Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to provide solutions
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and resolve user requests
  • Test scenario definition and script development
  • Participate in and serve as a resource for any Salesforce related projects
  • Ensure consistency of usage conventions, compliance with best practices
Qulaifications:

  • achelor\'s in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of related experience; Or Masters degree and 3 years of related experience
  • 3+ years of system administrator experience with Salesforce.com; must be expert in all common configuration (i.e. non-coding) tasks
  • Salesforce.com implementation experience
  • Experience supporting an International Salesforce.com instance with over 500 users
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Communities
  • Experience with the development of all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to Architecture, System Design, Configuration, Customization, Integration and Testing, Production Cutover and Support
  • Proven success in gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, developing objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support to facilitate user adoption.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com in a B2B business
  • Strong sense of customer focus, both internal and external, and the importance of the voice of the customer, true passion for technology, and a spirit for innovation
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to use initiative and work autonomously under tight business deadlines
  • High attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a collaborative way
