Minimum Qualifications
 Eight (8) years experience inProgram/Project Management role
o A Master’s degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a Bachelor’sdegree substitutes for two years, or an Associate’s degree substitutes for oneyear
 Five (5) documented engagements eachlasting at least one (1) year in a Program/Project Manager role
 1 year experience in Project Managementrole transitioning legacy IT systems
 Project Management Professional (PMP)

Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

 Experience with development and implementationof requirements documents for web-based database applications, and/orpoint-of-sale systems
 Experience with data migration
 Demonstrable project leadership ability
Ability to direct & manage program/project development from beginning toend
Ability to define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables incollaboration with co-project managers, project sponsors and stakeholders
 Ability to estimate program/projectresource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changesduring where necessary
 Ability to identify and manageprogram/project dependencies and critical path
 Ability to establish program/projecttimelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestonesand deliverables
 Ability to manage changes inprogram/project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingencyplans as appropriate
 Ability to communicate program/projectplans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely &clear fashion if necessary
 Business analysis experience or CertifiedBusiness Analysis Profession (CBAP) certification
 Experience with Game and Fish LicensingSystem and/or Vehicle Licensing System requirements development.
 Demonstrated experience in facilitationand effective communications for a multi-state agency or discipline project
Experience co-managing a large project.
