Responsibilities include:
- Primary system administrator and application configuration expert for Salesforce.com Respond to, and resolve, CRM-related requests in an efficient and timely manner Define enterprise CRM processes, such as lead conversion, opportunity, and analytics Research and execute industry best-practices Actively work with Gates sales and marketing teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Analyze and document business processes as appropriate Facilitate creation and communication of work estimates Serve as project manager for small-midsized projects Lead the development of testing, training development/support, and launch plans as required to aid in delivery of a quality product, designed for user acceptance and adoption Set Governance policies and ensure compliance across implementation Drive standardization of processes and configuration across businesses and regionsRequired Skills: Excellent decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills Efficient time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism Working knowledge of sales processes, marketing processes, and support processes Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion Ability to translate cloud technologies into business solutions Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements Ability to produce, and manage, high-quality level documentation Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work in a geographically disperse, cross-functional organization Business acumen including a good sense of how Salesforce.com can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) Fluent in multiple languages a plus. Spanish, English, Chinese highly desired both oral and written.
