Location: Iselin, NJ
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (preferred Computer Science or related).
  • Business/Marketing minor/double major a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
  • 7 -10 years of experience functioning in the CRM space with significant senior Salesforce.com administrator/consultant for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization) experience.
  • Salesforce.com Certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with thorough understanding of Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Development and Testing.
  • Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, Force.com platform.
  • Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema is required.
  • Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.
  • Experience with Marketo or other SalesForce compatible marketing platform is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is a plus.
  • Experience in the Energy domain is a plus.
  • Responsibilities Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration
  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM project deliveries including requirement gathering and understanding, solution designing, development, data migration, deployment as well as user trainings
  • Manage multiple Salesforce.com initiatives in parallel
  • Ability to independently manage various stakeholders having competing priorities.
  • Strong strategic focus and business analysis skills. Must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members
  • Detail oriented with the ability to keep the big picture in mind while assessing impact of solution to other aspects of the application
  • Design and Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
  • Be creative and leverage out of the box functionality where possible and minimize the need for customizations
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, App Exchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
  • Lead Implementation and management to convert complex sales, marketing , legal and services business processes within multiple organizations into technical solutions primarily on the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application
