Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Business-related field, and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years of experience
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in Oracle manufacturing, ASCP and Supply Chain applications, supporting the Oracle R12 e-Business Suite
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Oracle eBusiness manufacturing applications
  • Must have actively worked with users to develop and implement manufacturing, operations, warehouse, and shop floor solutions in Oracle EBS
  • Required experience in 4 or more of the following modules is required: ASCP, WIP, BOM, INV, PO, Shipping
  • Additional experience with Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) and Supply Chain will be a strong plus
  • Prior experience as an Oracle Functional Analyst during Oracle R12 upgrade and/or implementation phase including application configuration and troubleshooting
  • Required experience writing queries using SQL
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively define business and technical parameters as well as work with end users
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex cross functional problems, quickly grasp concepts related to industry specific design/development and articulate them concisely to foster project team collaboration
  • Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with proven attention to detail
  • Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and providing solutions

  • Must be willing to provide necessary support during monthly (or as needed) change migration and deployment process during late evening or weekend hours
  • Oracle iStore and iSupplier
  • Oracle Financial applications and Oracle Projects
  • WMS experience with Oracle or third party tools like Highjump
  • EDI using Oracle E-Commerce Gateway or external VANs

Responsibilities

  • Within the Enterprise Application Delivery Organization, this position is responsible for continuously improving internal customers\' processes through technology-aided solutions, delivering enhancements for enterprise applications, and providing functional and technical expertise for Oracle applications during project initiatives
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing functional and technical requirement specs, test case plans, validating acceptance criteria and documentation
  • This position is also responsible for leading and supporting transition to Oracle SaaS as and when needed
  • Implement, enhance, and support Oracle ERP ASCP, Kitting, INV, WIP, BOM, PO, EAM modules
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to other Oracle and Application Team projects and participate in Peer Reviews / Change Management Reviews as needed
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts, Process Owners, and End Users to gather and analyze business requirements, to understand business needs and design and implement associated solutions
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and perform solution design
  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts in the impacted solutions to facilitate appropriate functional and integration testing
  • Conduct/contribute in QA and UAT for assigned projects
  • Closely collaborate with onshore and offshore functional and technical teams to ensure that quality deliverables are delivered in a timely manner
  • Interact with application vendors such as Oracle on Service Requests and other 3rd party application vendors
  • Participate in and provide hands on support for incidents, outages, deployments, in coordination with onsite and offshore teams
