Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistic and Customer operations team to translate business objectives and requirements into functional specifications
Manage and coordinate EDI deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders
Convert business needs and objectives into functional requirements with a focus on meeting cost, quality, and timeline with best in class delivery standards
Review and recommend EDI solutions based on customer requirements
Establishes relationships among key stakeholders and acts as a liaison during the design, management, implementation of business information system and process changes
Lead small to medium projects
Maintain the team backlog, define and prioritize requirements for the B2B initiatives and EDI applications
Independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
Demonstrable ability to make decisions and collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership and close assigned production issues in a timely manner following the change management process
Review the assigned production issues, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide solution to the development team for fixing the issue
Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, Integration testing and UAT sessions
Responsible for making improvements of processes or workflows to enhance performance
Worked extensively with Iterative Agile Methodologies, Waterfall methodologies and Test - Driven Development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or an equivalent technical degree
8+ years of experience in IT
5+ years of experience with EDI transactions, implementation and support
5+ years experience using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (IBM SI)
5+ years' experience in eliciting/documenting business requirements using interviews, group facilitation, data/workflow/system analysis and business process documentation
Experience in AS2, VAN, SFTP and HTTP/HTTPS transmission protocols
Has good experience with EDIFACT, X12, RosettaNet Tool, SAP IDocs
Good Experience in map specifications like 850/855,860/865, 856, 810, 844,867, 846, 845, 849, 820
Previous experience setting up new trading partners
Has good knowledge of BPML to support existing business process and implementing new business process
Experiencing in implementing or integrating with SAP S4
Has good experience working with external Partners and implementing solutions in EDI based on Industry standard process
Experience in an Agile development environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
