Qualifications


Minimum Bachelors degree in the information technology field (BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science) and certification in a specialized information technology area


Overall ERP Administration Experience 7 + years of experience


Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Administration

Responsibilities

Monitor Oracle ERP applications performance and architecture and maintain the Cloud ERP reliability, integrity and recoverability

Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP applications with Oracle ERP Cloud as an administrator

Add and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business

Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team

Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement

Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Align segregation of duties and security profiles

Develop ERP KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards using PowerBI

Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management

Meet SLA's with the business stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on those service levels, and escalating when service levels are not met

Perform service-specific maintenance and administration tasks

View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime

Manage accounts and subscriptions

Export metric data for a service instance

View account usage and provide reports

Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any Administration tasks

Works with internal staff, 3rd party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages

Monitors and communicates system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues

Manage Environments (Sandbox to Production) SDLC

Secure Oracle Fusion Applications

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control

Monitor an Oracle Fusion Applications Environment

Manage Oracle Enterprise Scheduler Service and Jobs

Manage Search in Oracle Fusion Applications

Back Up and Recovery Oracle Fusion Applications

Perform System Maintenance Tasks

Prepare to Troubleshoot Using Incidents, Logs, Quick Trace, and Diagnostic Tests

Troubleshoot and tune All Layers of Fusion Framework Applications Tier, Middle Tier & Identity Management , WebCenter Portals & Reports
