Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

As the Administrator of the Salesforce.com CRM application, you are responsible for developing and maintaining functional areas of data management, forecasting, account registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, assets, dashboards, reports and any other customization. As part of your role, you will also support the e-Learning Solutions Business Unit by analyzing key usage and client metrics. Specific activities will include: Create, improve and maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules Integrate new functionality from Salesforce.com releases and upgrades Document and maintain configuration, design and process Develop and manage reports and dashboards Assist in analyzing current business processes and suggest improvements Train new users on the Salesforce.com application Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed Create, design and maintain custom objects and workflows Identify Salesforce.com usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to remedy Other projects as appropriate Desired Skills and Experience Required Skills and Experience: Excellent communication abilities, strong computer skills and personal maturity Transferrable and similar experience with data analysis Proven and successful project management and data analysis experience Proven skill in dealing with multiple functions and demanding schedules Absolute attention to detail, a high energy level, and an upbeat style is needed Four year college degree is required Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with Visualforce and the Force.com development platform is a plus SaaS sales and sales support experience is a plus
